Elemental Fire

Fire is elemental life, sacred renewal, and ⁠mysterious power.

Consider archetypes like the glorious phoenix and Prometheus’ stolen gift to humans. Fire is untamable, magical, transformational, and an indispensable part of our daily lives.⁠

Fire is both destructive and life-giving. We still feel the scars of the wildfires that swept through our forests last year—and we must listen to the rain pitter patter and the trees waving in the wind.

The earliest definitive evidence for microscopic traces of wood ash is from our ancestors Homo erectus dating back 1,000,000 years ago (you can really FEEL that time when you see "one million" with all its zeros, huh?).

Humans have long been dancing with fire. This shift into Autumn, with its rain and mist and cool air, gets me ready to cuddle up by a fire and watch the flames dance. There's nothing more mesmerizing.
