As I touch down in LA, I just have to share just a quick bite with you about last weekend’s feast!!

This is the witchiest salad — created to accompany the story of boundaries and settings as important characters in classic tales. What if we thought of wonderland itself as a character? Or the deep and foreboding woods? This course was a perfect palate cleanser and bridge course, as we stepped back through time. #parsley sponge, #foraged mushroom, shallot foam, olives, and #flowers—especially violets. All served on a golden afternoon.

And I’m so grateful to have worked with @aroweculinary on weaving the stories and the dishes together for this Looking Glass Feast. Thank you to everyone who helped make this feast possible!
